The letter is dated "17th January 2001 St. Anthony's Days" and discusses articles for publication, how Traditional Witchcraft differs from Jungian and many forms of modern witchcraft and paganism. It lists and describes published and forthcoming Xoanon titles and the nature of Xoanon's work "…a vehicle for works emanating purely from within the Circle of the Sabbatic Craft Tradition".
