This particular issue has brief introduction about the female figure, to give the volume an artistic bent, in order to get away with showing pictures of beautiful women naked, and thereby avoid any potential obscenity charges. Otherwise it's all photos of the very cute model known as Q-P Doll, in gloves, garters, stockings, etc.
