This is the first volume in Edward Mishkin's "Pain Trilogy." This one concerns a pair of kinky lesbians who forcibly take siblings hostage and whisk them away to a faraway isle where they are auctioned off as personal slaves. Others in the "Pain Trilogy" are Isle of Agony and Citadel of Suffering.
