Though the artist Harry was one of many in Irving Klaw’s stable of illustrators, this is not a Klaw publication.  A “puny panty-waist,” the vanquished victim is an apparel designer who displeases his client, Barbara, when he fails to fastidiously adhere to her exact specifications. To shame and humiliate him for his shortcomings, she divests him of his male attire and dresses him in an assortment of ravishing, rubber ensembles. Also includes several b/w photographs showing two women tying up and spanking a man. One of the women has a pet ocelot!
