Bound magazine was the first publication issued by Satellite Publishing Company (founded by Stanley Malkin, Edward Mishkin, and Eric Stanton). Stanton was creative director for the first year or so but Gene Bilbrew was eventually brought in and did most of the artwork for the later issues. This is a special correspondence issue with letters to the editor featuring personal stories from readers, with several full-page illustrations based on some of the letters.
