All issues of Dominate were primarily illustrated by former Irving Klaw artist, Rex (not to be confused with another "Rex" who illustrated homo-erotic fetish art in the late 1960's and early 1970's). Issues featured fiction, letters from readers, short articles, book reviews, cartoon serials, editorials, ads, and more. All issues are now quite rare. 

This was the final issue of Dominate. It is stated on page one: "We regret to inform you that, by court order, we must go out of business. All subscriptions to Dominate must be terminated with this issue. We were allowed only thirty days in which to wind up all of our business affairs. Therefore, after December 1961, the following firms will no longer be operating at 6715 Hollywood Boulevard: Dominate, Bizarre Book Club, BBC, Bizarre Book Co., Delphi Publishing Company" -- The Publishers.
