This is actually a copy of Bizarre No. 11 with a different cover (and title). The first two and last two pages are on blue paper and there are several areas where photos and drawings should be but they remain as blank areas. Possibly a mock-up or working copy, or a pirate copy. Articles include: Pirate Prison; Figure Training; Chinese Foot Binding; From Girl to Pony; Miss Bizarre.
